Updates and News

Note: This is under development so all links are not yet working. I am putting this out here so people can check it out and offer suggestions and comments (is that redundant?). If you ever played MW3 please let me know if you like what you see, what else you would like to see and if you have anything to contribute.

Happy New Year. Thanks to Balok we now have a pdf in a zip file of the entire MW3 manual in the text section.

Added the scores for wars 21,22,25,38,39,41-50 and 101.
By the way if you do a Google on Mega Wars III this is now the first site on the list.

Added the scores for Wars 10-20 except for wars 12 and 17 which are missing from the files I was sent.
If any one has 12 and 17 or the scores for wars 1-7 please send them to me.

Added the scores for wars 8 (where I finished 10th), 9 and 28 through 37.
And you thought I was kidding about adding stuff.

I also added email addresses for Balok and Scruge.
If anyone wants to be added to the list just send me an email.
Eventually I will automate this but not right away.

Yes I am still alive. In fact I am even employed, in a different
job from the last update which is why
there have not been any updates for a while.

I just got some email from Balok and thanks to his contributions
a lot of the gaps in the scores matrix should be filled in this week.

Update:
This is going to take a little longer than I thought due to the
re-formatting to convert these files into HTML.
The scores for war 26 and 27 are now live and others will follow as I
figure out a way to make this easier and faster.

I also changed the scores template so that it is easier to navigate
around the site.

Been busy getting settled in to a new job.
I have added scores tonight for wars 153,155,156,157,158 and 159.

This weekend I hope to add a page so former players can add their email addresses online.
I just have to learn a little more PHP.

I added the scores for war 161,178 and 179.
There is now a hit counter on the main page.
Added a 1987 online conference of Packard talking about combat.

Cleaned up the War summary file and fixed the display bug for team flags that used < and >

Now that I remembered how to do HTML I will try to add a few things every day or two.
Today I am adding scores for wars 113,114 and 115.

The main menu selection for downloads had been changed to Text files.
I have added Starbuck's primer on ship to ship combat and
a table detailing the requirements for hull building up to 200 hulls.

I did some digging in the old 486 and came up with a lot of stuff including
the most up to date copy of the Wars.his file which is now online.
