Redesign

I am about to attempt to implement a redesign of this site that has been created by the wonderfully talented Joni for me.
If it works let me know what you like and don't like. Let her know what you like since what you don't like isn't her fault.
If it doesn't work, well things may get a bit dodgy for a while.
