Idiots and other creatures

I just watched a bit of a news show of TV where this pawyer was talking about the murder of Geoghan by Joseph Druce. He was saying that the important thing is to see that something like this doesn't happen again and that he was not sure what could be done.
I don't usually shout at the TV but I really felt like just just screaming,
"Its called the DEATH PENALTY you fool"!
When someone has nothing to lose what does another murder matter to them.
What does another life sentence mean, NOTHING.
Too bad we can't move this guy to a state where they can give him what he has demonstrated he so richly deserves.
