Something in my eye

I had some problems at work yesterday. My left eye kept bothering me.
I didn't want to take my contacts out at work as I have done at other times.
As soon as I got home I took my contacts out.
It turns out I was right because it hurt more once I got them out which is never a good sign.
It hurt all last night which is the reason I didn't post last night.
I went to bed early and woke up at 3am, still hurt.
I looked at it this morning and it looks worse than yesterday.
I hate when this happens.
