Freedom of Speech
There is a story in Drudge about the movie Buffalo Soldiers. The director is quoted :

"Here in the UK no one gets upset, but over there, where the President is fighting these military campaigns in the name of democracy, the first casualty seems to be freedom of speech, the cornerstone of any democracy." - BUFFALO SOLDIERS Director Gregor Jordan

This jerk knows nothing of free speech no matter how good a director he may be. Let's get this clear, the first amendment prohibits the government from restricting free speech. It does not mean that if you say something that pisses people off they cannot make their ire known, that is their free speech rights and idiots like Tim Robbins and the Dixie Chicks should realize that while they are free to say anything they want it may have consequences.
