Phone Calls

One of the things I have noticed about being out of work is that everytime the phone rings I think it might be someone offering me a job (yeah I am an optimist at heart). What really burns me is sales calls but what is even worse than that is sales recordings.
If you are going to get me to run over and answer the phone at least have the class to have a real person on the other end.

It all reminds me of the old Pee Wee Herman TV Show where he would scream "SALESMAN" whenever one would come to his door.

If you have never seen any of the TV shows and have kids you might want to rent one. They are a lot better than the movies. Very inventive and original.
It is too bad he got in trouble because I thought it was one of the best kids shows on the air.
